On 30th October Citizens Advice County Durham held our annual County Day, Over 130 Staff and volunteers from Citizens Advice County Durham attended.
Julie from the Durham County County Welfare Rights team gave a 2 hour presentation to brief us on Universal Credit, followed by an awards presentation from Durham Community Action to Citizens Advice County Durham for the Volunteer Kite Mark award.
We recognised Volunteer & staff achievements before discussing Citizens Advice County Durham visions Strategy for the next 5 years through interactive workshops and receiving valuable feedback from staff & volunteers across the County.
