Our very own Lewis is setting off on his march today. He is on a solo march of 250 miles from York to Hastings in 4-stone of armour, echoing famous events of 1066, with the aim of combating suicide. Today is the date Harold marched from Stamford Bridge to battle in Hastings, which took 20 days. Lewis hopes his own epic 20-day medieval challenge will inspire other men to talk, to raise awareness and raise donations for a men’s mental health peer support organisation called ManHealth.
